6. Water Cases

If you’re headed to the lake, river, or pretty Hawaiian hiking trails during their wet seasons, then a dedicated waterproof case is a must. Trust me, a kayak will flip when the current gets strong, and the last thing you want is a dead phone at the bottom of the kayak (been there, again, my mistakes are your learnings). A simple waterproof case or hard shell will keep your gear safe, allowing you to focus on getting the shot without worrying about a capsize. Even if you don’t use it, I promise you a friend will.

8. Storage

If you’re someone with 100,000 photos on your iPhone and constantly deleting duplicates just to make space, it’s probably time for an upgrade.
