Here’s how it works:

1. Add your items.
Choose your favorites and add them to your cart.

2. Select Klarna.
At checkout, select Klarna as your payment type.

3. Pay with Klarna.
Your purchase will be split into four interest-free payments. The first is due when your order is shipped.

4. Manage with Klarna.
The remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card every two weeks. Manage your orders and payments any time in the Klarna app.

How do I pay with Klarna? 

If your basket is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Klarna, you will be able to select Klarna as a payment method during checkout. After your order is shipped, you will be charged for the first quarter of the total amount. Payments are collected bi-weekly from the debit or credit card you provide at the time of purchase. Payments can't be made early, and scheduled payment dates can't be changed. All scheduled payments are communicated to you by email and you can review your purchases by logging in at https://app.klarna.com/login


What are the requirements for using Klarna?

A US-issued debit or credit card. Klarna currently accepts most debit and credit cards (i.e., Mastercard, Visa, Discover). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.

To be 18 years of age or over.

An SMS-capable phone number.

A US residential address

The items in your cart must total $10 to be eligible. Digital goods, pre-orders, back-orders, cannot be purchased with Klarna.


What if I don't see Klarna at checkout?

If you don’t see Klarna at checkout, one or more items in your shopping bag aren’t Klarna-eligible. Make sure your purchase total is at least $10 and not more than $1000. If you have digital goods, pre-orders, and/or back-orders in your bag, your order won’t be eligible for purchase with Klarna. (Try removing those items or choosing another form of payment.)


What happens if I make a return?

If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement. Refunds /partial refunds are only supported for 180 days. Simply follow Moment's return instructions and make sure to take note of the tracking number. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and we’ll pause your statement. As soon as the retailer has processed your return, we will send an adjusted invoice.


What happens if I don't make a payment?

You may be charged a fee if an automatic payment can’t be collected on time. See terms.
