Moment, you nailed the backpack line. It's an ideal travel companion for securely transporting your gear; you can trust this bag to protect your equipment. Moment has meticulously crafted every aspect, from the water-resistant fabric to the numerous pockets for organization, leaving no detail overlooked. As a content creator, you don't always want to bring every piece of equipment you own and put it in a camera bag that screams, "Hey, look at all this expensive equipment I have on me!". This backpack and camera insert perfectly fit my Sony A7SIII with a 24-70mm lens and an additional lens like the Tamron 17-28mm and securely hold two of my filters. This compact camera setup is incredibly suitable for my needs. Now, I can transport my valuable equipment more discreetly using this backpack.
Several aspects of this backpack stand out as advantages for me, including its comfort, the versatility offered by the camera insert and tech organizers, the convenient luggage slip-through on the back panel, and the specially designed laptop sleeve. Another significant feature is the backpack's ability to stand upright independently, a considerable improvement over previous bags I've used that would frustratingly topple over every time they were set down.
Now for the cons — they are few but worth mentioning. Occasionally, it can be difficult to zip and unzip the main compartment when the camera inserts are full, and the zipper doesn't fully open on the opposite side for a clamshell-like opening, as seen in other bags. For future iterations, one potential improvement could be the inclusion of a top access zipper to reach a removable camera cube. This would provide extra versatility for carrying more camera equipment while still allowing the cube to be removed when using the bag for general purposes.
The backpack is available in two sizes: the 17L and the 21L, the latter being the model I own. These materials might seem unfamiliar, constructed from 600D Recycled Nylon on the exterior and 210D Nylon Oxlan for the interior. However, they are synonymous with durability and high quality, ensuring the backpack's longevity. Moment has invested heavily in this product, with every element reflecting superior craftsmanship. You need to see and feel the backpack's quality to appreciate it fully, as photos don't entirely capture its excellence.
I must highlight the bag's impressive water resistance, starting with the exterior. Living in Florida, where hurricane season is a concern, I've been caught in heavy downpours without a single drop penetrating the bag. Inside, the backpack accommodates up to a 16-inch laptop in the 17L and 21L models, which is fantastic. It also boasts numerous pouches and slots for all your tech accessories, even more than you might need. In summary, this bag is the epitome of quality.
