This lens is fun but I'm disappointed to not be able to try using a VND filter with it for video. Not the end of the world, but it would be nice. I do understand that a large filter would be needed so that it isn't visible, but how large would it need to be?

I bought this lens just to play around. I don’t use it that often but it adds a neat perspective on photos. I used it at night to photograph the Christmas lights in my town and to distort photos of some bugs in the garden.

As a drummer, I’m usually confined to tight spaces. This lens allows me to get up close and fit my whole kit in frame whether it’s a photo or video. Super clear image and would be a great secondary angle for any small studio/art space. Additionally, if your device takes good zoom or wide, the fisheye can add some spice to your arsenal. It’s pretty sick 🤘🤘

I wouldn’t have believed that the fisheye pictures you can take on your DSLR would be possible on my iPhone 15 Plus, but this little beauty performs terrifically well.
There's not much to say about the lens itself, it is premium quality at an absurdly low price-point. What I really want to talk about is the most sterling feature of any of Moment's products, the amazing customer service. The benchmark for quality customer service that not only does it solve the problem, but the interaction leaves the customer delighted. Moment not only solved my issue, but also price-matched an item that went on-sale right after I bought it.

I hate the . 5 when used for skateboarding. this fisheye is THE mobile solution for filming skateboarding. you get all the positives of the better sensor on the 1x lens with ACTUAL fisheye barrel distortion. quit filming your friends with the . 5 lens and making their heads look weird and stretched out. put this in your pocket and become TyPhone Evans.
