My project is about the beauty and diversity amongst humans Particularly, I wanted to showcase families and how their parents have roots from different parts of the world. Personally, being a son of both parents from different countries, this became an extremely special project to have come to life and it's something I've been wanting to do for a long time.
“Being the child of two parents from different countries, this is a project I wanted to do for a long time. Simply to embrace and emphasize the beauty of diversity.
I wanted to blend portraiture with my usual [photography] style, which is focused on shapes and architecture — I wanted to bring in the human element. And this project reminded me that really like working with people!”
