We aren't the fastest but we are reliable. We've shipped over 1.5M packages the last decade with a 99% delivery rate.
Our gear ships out of two warehouses — the US and Asia. We try to keep both in stock but sometimes have to cross-ship when we run out.
US Orders
If shipping from our US Warehouse.
- Orders placed before 12pm Central Time ship the same business day.
- Express orders placed before 11am Central Time ship the same business day.
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75.
- Standard Shipping averages 3-5 business days.
International Orders
We ship to over 100 countries, all orders include tracking, and 9 out of 10 international orders arrive within 14 business days. Orders ship within 1-2 business days. International taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your ship-to address. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — no extra fees when your order arrives.

Returns
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Start your return at our returns portal (https://returns.shopmoment.com/). Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
US Returns
If returning from the US.
- Send your gear back using the prepaid label we provide.
- We inspect your return 5-7 business days after delivery.
- Get your refund as store credit (20% bonus), an exchange for a similar item (no fees), or a refund to your original payment method.
International Returns
If returning from outside the US.
- Send your gear back using your own shipping label — no extra Moment fees.
- We inspect your return 15-20 business days after you ship it.
A few items aren't eligible for return: digital downloads, gift cards, open box items, shipping insurance, and closeout items.

The filter metal is machined from aerospace-grade materials for lightweight performance and rugged durability.
Our unique geometry and laser-etched graphics allow you to see which stop you’re shooting from behind the viewfinder. This allows for faster control and easy starting points for your shots in different lighting conditions.
We specifically engineered the rotation of the filter to have hard stops at both ends of the working range, preventing unwanted cross-polarization.
