We aren't the fastest but we are reliable. We've shipped over 1.5M packages the last decade with a 99% delivery rate.
Our gear ships out of two warehouses — the US and Asia. We try to keep both in stock but sometimes have to cross-ship when we run out.
US Orders
If shipping from our US Warehouse.

International Orders
We ship to over 100 countries, all orders include tracking, and 9 out of 10 international orders arrive within 14 business days. Orders ship within 1-2 business days. International taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your ship-to address. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — no extra fees when your order arrives.

Returns
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Start your return at our returns portal (https://returns.shopmoment.com/). Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
US Returns
If returning from the US.
- Send your gear back using the prepaid label we provide.
- We inspect your return 5-7 business days after delivery.
- Get your refund as store credit (20% bonus), an exchange for a similar item (no fees), or a refund to your original payment method.
International Returns
If returning from outside the US.
- Send your gear back using your own shipping label — no extra Moment fees.
- We inspect your return 15-20 business days after you ship it.
A few items aren't eligible for return: digital downloads, gift cards, open box items, shipping insurance, and closeout items.

Ive been a customer of Moment since the anamorphic lens attachments. I made a short film using that attachment years ago and enjoyed it so much I bought a second. Now this cinebloom is a great addition to my photography and I cant wait to film something using it soon. Great product as always
I took the filter for a bike photo tour in Sofia, Bulgaria and it was amazing to see the same old beautiful places in the city through the magic CineBloom filter. Today I am going into the mountains to test it there. It is easy to use and gives pleasure.
Great way to get that promist look
Pleasant softening, and light halation. Defintiely helps tame a little of that digital iphone camera sharpness
There was no whatsoever difference in the effect and I returned the filter.
The case and filters are easy enough to install and use.
Love the flexibility of this feature, it has made using the iphone a lot easier and quicker. My only critique is that everything changes every year and now i have lenses and cases ($$$) that are expensive just sitting there because the tech advances. Will moment try to create something that could be backward compatible?

Strong effect…maybe too strong.
Did not provide any blooming effect. The unit I received was as clear as a UV filter. Tested against multiple light sources and compared against lowest strength competitor mist and diffusion filters.
I haven’t used it much but I’m really looking forward to seeing how my photos and videos come out. I like Moments products so I can’t wait to update my post.
The filter is functionally working and creates a subjectively nice diffusion effect. It can get attached fast and fits tight. However, there are visible stains of glue where the glass makes contact with the frame. Small detail, but not cool at this price point and for a brand that prides itself on aesthetics.

Wonderfully made and it works extremely well
It looks great and works as expected. However, there’s some wobble when attached, so that part could be improved.
Once nuances are understood fully, this turns from a frustrating mess to a beautiful and fun tool! You must use your on-screen ISO (up and down), especially outside during the daytime; at nighttime, it’s less crucial.
This thing is dreamy.
The overly bright daytime shots can create a very unpleasant and frustrating shot — but learn to control the brightness and you’ll see huge payoffs!
Understand that im ising the 20% version, the most aggressive, so other versions (5%* & 10%) can be less noticeable.
*5% availble for larger-sized, “round” mounts, such as 67mm mounts, & more*
Great filter. gives a nice soft look to photo and video. also protects the lenses of my iPhone 17 Pro Max.
This add on is amazing! It adds just enough pizzazz to your image to make it look dreamy and hazy look. If you know how to edit, then you’re golden! Super convenient, and easy to attach!

Love it! The effect of the filter is more subtle than expected, especially in daylight. Inhave trouble mounting it securely at times. I wish there was a way to combine this with the ND filter, sigh.
