A robust, lightweight and clear case. In addition, it's great to be able to use the lens mount!

Gave this one to my dad with the phone I gave him. Solid quality and nice finish. A little more difficult to install the lens adapter than I was expecting. Would ideally like to not need a case to attach lenses!

Great quality, I used to put public transport tickets and monthy passes between the phone and the case so I can easily show it on the go.

Beautiful and well-made case for my iPhone. I fully recommend this case to anyone who uses Moment accessories, such as the Moment lenses. On the other hand, I had some issues, but the Moment team was always willing to help and solved them.

Love the way it looks. Feels good, but slippery. Very smooth and convenient with the lenses.

Not really clear, there are very obvious spots - apparently low quality control. Very disappointed - and sadly not my first encounter of Moment accessory quality issues :slightly_frowning:

I bought a moment clear case a bit more than a year ago for my iPhone 13 Mini to use with a Macro lens. Shooting photos is great, the lenses themselves are great, the rest has been a disaster.

I have never been happy with this case. It’s just simply not a good product in my experience.

Issue 1) it lets in a lot of dirt. After not even a week of keeping it in my pockets, dust and sand gets everywhere between the phone and the case.
Issue 2) when removing the case to clean said grime, the magnets inside the case detach and stick to the phone.
Issue 3) After a year of normal use, the case has yellowed so much that the colour looks more like the water from my garden pond than fresh, clear tap water

Regarding shipping: I live in Germany and the parcel was delivered by FedEx. Not only was it 3 weeks too late (which on its own wouldn’t have been a problem), but FedEx also bombarded me with inquiries regarding the products I bought that I just didn’t have information on (which exact materials were used, for example). I tried contacting moment to help me or at least provide the necessary information, but I was completely ignored. I never got any reply.
I was eventually able to sort it out, but honestly, the product I ended up getting wasn’t worth the time (and money) I spent on them.

The worst thing: Either I have to go through the same process again to get a new case or I have to keep using my filthy one because I’m not aware of any other products that I can use with my moment lenses.

That is precisely what I was looking for! Sleek, well-made, and designed. Attention to detail was made in every aspect. I especially like the custom-fit design.

Nice case very tight was very hard to get off phone though.

I'm conflicted with this review. I think this should be 4 stars but I'm rating it lower only because the mag charger is significantly reduced through the case.

Aside from the mag charger, this is an excellent case. The Moment Telephoto lens works very well. This is a good protection for my Iphone13 Pro.

Waited 2 weeks for three different packages to get here. Case came last. Does not fit. Everything else is rendered useless.

I recently decided to order a macro lens to use for a new project. Having used moment products in the past when the company was first starting, and being impressed at the time, it seemed like a perfect place to go for my newfound need. The quality of of the lenses were great and that still seems to be true, however the mounting system/cases have changed, and not for the better.

In the past the case contained the mount, making it very easy to pop on the case and slide the lens right on. Unfortunately, the new system provides cases that seem to be of much lower quality along with a separate attachment to mount the lenses, which is a cheap and flimsy plastic piece. The piece I received was impossible to fit into the space on the case. Even if it were possible, it would not be worth the trouble dealing with this flimsy system each time I want to use the lens. The case is also an extremely tight fit, and not something I would want to be regularly changing out, which would be necessary since this case does not seem like it would offer robust protection.

To make matters worse, I go to return this product and am being told processing fees may apply along with a $10 charge for return shipping. What a joke! It is truly disheartening when a product that was once so easy to use and well executed gets completely ruined by cost cutting. I understand the modular system may be a way of trying to appease people who bought older lenses with a different mount, but this solution is quite poor. Save your time and money and find another solution. This is the last dollar I will be spending on a Moment product.

Disappointed. I purchased the lens and the case only to discover that I need to buy yet another part. Inelegant process and solution to say the least.

On their page it says it is compatible with Lens Mount for iphone 13 and I don't get into it.

I was so excited to get a Moment starter set for Father's Day this year. The first problem surfaced when I discovered they had left out the lens cover without any explanation. Only when I wrote, they said, "Oh, it does not work because you don't have the lens covers. We'll send those." After a few days they arrived.

Second problem: the lens covers fit perfectly, but there is no way that they actual case is going to stretch over the lens covers. I have to find their customer service contact to complain again.

I am very impressed by the quality of the optics in this 58mm lens. The mount, however, is a bit less than satisfactory. If the lens is not mounted, dust and dirt quickly collects in the holes, requiring frequent cleaning. To avoid this dirt buildup/cleaning cycle the only solution is to remove the case, pop out the mount insert and replace the case (if you want a case). When I first did this, the case was so difficult to remove that the magnets were ripped out of the case. Moment sent me a replacement case pretty quickly, but while I waited for it I was able to (with difficulty and under magnification) reinsert the magnets into the case groove, and tape over them so they didn’t pop back out. I also cut the case by the plug end to make it easier to remove, which it is. But…

OK, so then the mount insert was still filling up with dust so I decided to just remove it, and it broke - I suppose this is why the package includes two, but since mine broke after one removal, I wonder if they should have included a dozen.

Again, the quality of the lens is great, and I appreciate the necessity of a system that holds the additional lens securely and precisely. I just think this system is problematic. Maybe just scrap this whole idea and rethink from the beginning. Why not leverage the MagSafe capability? It would be fast and secure. Not so useful for non iPhone iterations though. I dunno.

Also I’m nervous about not having a lens cap on the rear lens.

Still, I would recommend this lens, just with these caveats.

The items I ordered have been sitting in a DHL facility in New Jersey for days. I can’t believe you have the nerve to ask me to review things I haven’t received.

Feels really sturdy and I can still see the beautiful blue color of my phone. Lenses stay on. Good quality case.

So far love it, slim but seems to offer some protection. I personally would love a slightly deeper edge on the front for greater protection.

I would say so far so good. I have had clear cases in the past but the plastic seems to yellow and age. I hope this one does not. It looks good and fits well. I also have a magnetic wallet attached and it holds well.

The case fit perfectly together with the drop-in-mount and the lens fit perfect with that. Within minutes my wife was taking macro photos!

It’s sturdy and chic. I liked it but it is very difficult to take it off after you insert the phone in it.

The magnet portion of the case came broken.

I’m happy with the case overall. I have just started using it but it seems like it’s going to meet my purpose, need, and expectations quite nicely. I was reading a few reviews earlier when I was looking to purchase this case which mentioned that the case did not fit the Moment lens mount (the case lens opening being too small for the mount to fit in). That was also my first reaction when I received the case and the Moment lens mount - it would just not fit. After about 20 minutes of frustration and struggle, I realized that there was a thin plastic rim/ring that just pops out (toward the inside of the case) but this ring was not apparent to me that it was there based on the instructions with corresponding graphics that came with the case or the Moment lens mount. (Before you remove the ring, take note of where the side tick/mark is before you pop the ring out so you know how to line up the Moment lens adapter again - it should be on the left side of the square when looking at your case from the inside, case top up - unfortunately, the tick mark is etched on the plastic ring that pops out.) After I overcame that hurdle, it was a breeze to snap in the Moment lens mount.

The case seems well made (with its limited use), I like the feel of the case and how thin it is (it’s not a bulky case which can significantly increase the size of your phone).

It would be great if the instructions and corresponding graphics were a little more informative and corresponded to what the product looked like. Overall though, I am satisfied with my purchase. I’ve been using the Moment lenses for a few years now and needed to get a new case and lens mount for my phone.
