For each unique verified review you leave on a product you've bought on Moment, you'll earn an extra $5 credit.

Every user on Moment gets assigned a wallet, which lets you earn Member Credits for shopping, reviewing, or sharing your favorite gear. 1 credit = $1 and can be applied on any purchase directly at checkout.
Credits expire at the end of the year they’re issued, so be sure to use them before they're gone!
By creating an account and signing in you can start earning right away. Currently there are three main ways you can earn credits:
- Shop - The more you spend, the more you earn. On purchases of new items only (excluding open-box), you can earn up to 10% credit back
- Review - Leave a verified review on the product page of any product you bought through Moment to earn free credits
- Refer - Invite a friend to shop at Moment and earn when they make their first purchase
There’s no cap to how much Member Credit you can earn!
Gift cards are slightly different than Member Credits. It’s a balance that’s associated with a card number and can be shared or saved for a later date. To redeem a gift card, apply the gift card number at checkout as if you’re using a coupon code. Your gift card value cannot be combined with your wallet at this time.
Head to the check balance page to check how much you have left, or apply the gift card at checkout to apply the remaining balance to your order.
Your wallet balance will appear as a cash value, but it's actually comprised of store credits which cannot be redeemed for cash.
Email us at hello@shopmoment.com. If your order is recent, we’re happy to help apply the credit you would have earned to your new account if you forgot to log in.
Your Moment Wallet balance represents store credits for exclusive use on our platform. Credits hold no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are ineligible for purchasing gift cards or additional credits.
Be aware that store credits may expire as per our terms and conditions. It's your responsibility to monitor your Moment Wallet and use expiring credits accordingly. The Moment Wallet is not a universally accepted payment method and cannot be deposited or withdrawn.
