In this course, the authors give a little more information than in the free 7-day email newsletter. The exception is 1 module from Niles Jeran. This guy is just brilliant. Personally, I give him 5 stars! He gives a lot of interesting information and motivation. Sam Newton also motivates well, showing how interesting sound can be created. The other authors give very little information and little practical advice. Guys, you made this course for beginners! However, Mia Moran takes out lighting for several thousand dollars from her bag and shows how to set up a three-point light. Are you serious? I'm a beginner! Show me more techniques for working with one light source. Show me what camera movements I should do. Share life hacks. But there is nothing like that. Only crumbs of general information, of which there is a lot and for free on YouTube from good filmmakers. But when I buy a course, I expect to get something valuable. Guys, I love your products and am a loyal customer. But this course is not serious. But once again, special thanks to Niles Jeran for the inspiration!

I went into the workshop hoping to learn in a seminar-way, but it was a lot more engaging and hands-on! Learned a lot, pushed my own limits, made some friends! The food was great, we were also given free reins to play with gear, the speakers were so knowledgeable , inspiring and down to earth. 10/10, no notes! Can’t wait for the next one

All the teachers in this workshop had so much knowledge to share and did a great job at explaining everything! I'm a total beginner when it comes to filmmaking and all the information was broken down super well and was easy to understand (especially for the sound design and editing lessons). One of my favorite things about the workshop is that we were taught by 6 different amazing people. It was cool to be taught something that that specific person specializes in. They all had a different way of working and I was definitely able to take something from each of them and implement it for my own workflow.
