La exclusiva forma en Y se adapta de forma natural a tu torso, creando una mochila híbrida que combina la accesibilidad de un chaleco con la capacidad de una mochila de 10 litros. We aren't the fastest but we are reliable. We've shipped over 1.5M packages the last decade with a 99% delivery rate.
Our gear ships out of two warehouses — the US and Asia. We try to keep both in stock but sometimes have to cross-ship when we run out.
US Orders
If shipping from our US Warehouse.

International Orders
We ship to over 100 countries, all orders include tracking, and 9 out of 10 international orders arrive within 14 business days. Orders ship within 1-2 business days. International taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your ship-to address. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — no extra fees when your order arrives.

Returns
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Start your return at our returns portal (https://returns.shopmoment.com/). Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
US Returns
If returning from the US.
- Send your gear back using the prepaid label we provide.
- We inspect your return 5-7 business days after delivery.
- Get your refund as store credit (20% bonus), an exchange for a similar item (no fees), or a refund to your original payment method.
International Returns
If returning from outside the US.
- Send your gear back using your own shipping label — no extra Moment fees.
- We inspect your return 15-20 business days after you ship it.
A few items aren't eligible for return: digital downloads, gift cards, open box items, shipping insurance, and closeout items.
