What are Member Credits?
Member Credits can be earned by shopping, reviewing, or sharing your favorite gear. 1 credit = $1 that can be applied on any purchase directly at checkout.
How to Use Your Wallet
Applying your earned credit is easy. Add your items to your cart, head to checkout, and you’ll see “Apply your Wallet Balance” to use your credit towards your order. Don’t forget, credits expire at the end of the year – use them before they’re gone!

Moment Wallet FAQ
Your wallet balance will appear as a cash value, but it's actually comprised of store credits which cannot be redeemed for cash.
Your Moment Wallet balance represents store credits for exclusive use on our platform. Credits hold no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are ineligible for purchasing gift cards or additional credits.
Be aware that store credits may expire as per our terms and conditions. It's your responsibility to monitor your Moment Wallet and use expiring credits accordingly. The Moment Wallet is not a universally accepted payment method and cannot be deposited or withdrawn.
