Adjust Exposure for the scene
Every scene is truly unique based on the lighting of the environment and how it was shot. After applying the Preset, adjust exposure. Make sure the mid-tones of the histogram are exposed correctly.

Get the White Balance Just Right
The more you can get correct on location the easier editing will be. If you have to adjust your white balance, target a neutral color in the photo with the white balance dropper to get an accurate white balance of the scene

Contrast - Less or more?
Remember the goal with Real Estate Photography is representing the property to the best of your ability. With a modern and natural look provided by these presets, simply adjust contrast as the final touch based on your scene.
