We’re so excited for the launch of our Kickstarter — introducing the world’s first complete mobile photography system for iPhone 7/7+. We’ve been blown away by the support we’ve received so far and are thankful for everyone who has backed the project so far! If you haven’t backed it yet, check it out here.
Over the course of our KS campaign, we’ll be publishing product reviews from some of your favorite photographers. Our first reviewer is Moment’s own Caleb Babcock. During the Summer you’ll find him cruising the coast in search of a great wave, but during Winter you’ll find him out in his Land Cruiser looking for fresh powder and some cool action shots.
Earlier this week, Caleb took the new Moment Battery Case for a spin on a hike and here’s what he found to be the most helpful:
Quick Shooting shutter
I loved the shutter button because it’s easy, meaning I don’t have to fumble with my phone screen to take a photo. The shutter button is also way faster now because it connects through the lightning port, so I never miss a quick shot.
Battery to last all day
With the extra battery, my phone lasts all day, even in cold temps. I love the ability to charge my phone when I need to by using the toggle in the Moment app. You can also turn the charge on and off, which means you can save the charge for when you need it.
Grip for Action
When I’m on the go, I don’t like to fumble in and out of my pocket for my phone. With the strap attachment, my phone is always within reach, right when I need it. The grip is also much improved from the last cases, so I’m able to hold it well, even in gloves, for a steady shot.
