Shipping & Returns



  • Ground – 3-7 Business Days (via USPS)
  • Express – 2 Business Days (via Fedex)
  • Next Day – 1 Business Day (via Fedex)


  • Ground – 5-7 Business Days (via Standard Ground)

  • Express – 3-5 Business Days (via Canada Express)


  • Ground – 4-10 Business Days (up to 20 days for affected countries)

Please note: Orders are shipped daily Monday – Friday. Orders placed before the shipping deadline – 1:00pm EST for orders to the United States and Canada, and 5:00 EST for orders to other countries – are shipped same business day. Any orders placed after these timeframes will be processed the next business day, which adds one business day to the estimated arrival.

International Delivery Times: Orders typically take 4-10 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 3-4 weeks. It ultimately depends on where you live and what you've ordered...we wish we could give better specifics that that, but due to the complexities of international shipping we cannot.

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible, and in some cases we are able to ship before the shipping deadlines and get orders out faster. If there is a problem with your order, contact us immediately so we can do our best to assist you.

All orders to the US and Canada are shipped out of our warehouses in Los Angeles or New York. International orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Once your package ships you will receive your confirmation email with tracking number within 1-2 business days. We cannot directly control the delivery times once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Next Day shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii. Only ground shipping is available for Puerto Rico.

If we do not offer shipping to your country we recommend having your order shipped to a nearby country and forwarding it on from there.


United States: You will need to ship via USPS as Fedex doesn’t deliver to PO boxes or military addresses. If your military address is for the United States but located internationally please enter the country as the United States and choose USPS shipping - no customs will be charged if you do it this way.

Canada: You will need to ship via Ground option, no Express is available for PO boxes or military addresses.

International: We are able to ship to PO boxes and military addresses with the shipping option available. Customs will be charged according to the custom fee rules below.

Please note delivery can take longer and in some cases and may take up to a couple weeks.


There are no customs for United States orders. For international orders customs fees will either be calculated and paid upfront at checkout or need to be paid upon package delivery. You will know if your country is DDU vs DDP when you are checking out and enter your country in the shipping field- customs will either be calculated or not.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order and see your order details here.

However we know things aren’t always meant to be. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. All returned items should be in their original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not offer product exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, please follow the return procedures outlined below and re-order. Our warehouse receives returns weekly and sends us a report every Wednesday. Your returned items will be refunded within 1-2 weeks of receiving the return.

Note: All Used Sales are final. No returns or warranty is offered on Used Gear.

*Please note that if you have purchased from Amazon or B&H, you will need to first contact the vendor from which you purchased for all exchange and return inquiries. Unfortunately, we are not able to start that process until you have reached out directly with them.*


All orders placed on or after November 15th may be returned until January 15th. These returns are subject to the same guidelines as above.

If you are returning an unwanted gift or gift card, please note that the purchase will be refunded to the original purchaser’s method of payment.


All our Moment products are covered against defects with a one year warranty (excluding mount plates). If you have any issues with your items, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will help to identify the problem and/or facilitate a replacement.

Note: All Used Sales are final. No returns or warranty is offered on Used Gear.


1. Place your items in the original packaging with all the additional components i.e. cloth carrying case and mount.

2. Include within the packaging either of the following: An order confirmation email from Moment OR your name, email used to place the order, and Moment order #.

4. Fill out this form with your return details. 

Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email and process your refund within 1-2 weeks based on our return policy. Filling out the above form can help to expedite that process.
