Amelia Earhart was the first person (other than my mom) I idolized. I remember doing a report on her in elementary school and falling in love with her sense of adventure. This film centers on the nostalgia I still have for Amelia Earhart. I’d like to think that she never crashed but instead took her plane down in Bermuda on purpose and led a life full of vigor and shrimp cocktails. “Amelia” is about the spirit of Amelia Earhart and her lasting impact on bold explorers everywhere.
