Introducing the Moment Wallet for Members!
We're thrilled to announce a brand new way for Moment Members to save on their purchases with our Moment Wallet. As a Moment Member (that's anyone with a registered Moment account), you'll gain access to your very own Moment Wallet, where all your earned or gifted funds will be stored. Simply sign in and visit your wallet (https://www.shopmoment.com/user/account/wallet) to check your balance anytime.
Your Moment Wallet balance will appear as a cash value, but it's actually comprised of store credits. Keep in mind that these credits may expire, so be sure to use them before they're gone! Visit your wallet page to see the expiration dates for your credits.
Using your Moment Wallet is easy:
- Add items to your cart
- Spot a wallet notification in your cart? You've got a qualifying item!
- Proceed to the Payment page during checkout
- Select "Apply Your Moment Wallet Balance"
- View the credit amount applied to your order and your remaining balance
- Complete your order and watch the redeemed credits get deducted from your wallet
Currently, credits are gifted by our team, but stay tuned for more ways to earn them in the near future!
